Dell Could Reimburse Icahn $25M For Buyout Bid Costs

Law360, Los Angeles (April 5, 2013, 10:30 PM EDT) -- Dell Inc. has offered to reimburse Carl Icahn up to $25 million for costs he incurs in pursuing a competing bid for the computer maker if he agrees not to “subvert” the process by launching a proxy war or suing the company, according to a letter Dell sent to Icahn on Friday.
