Jana Says 2 Board Picks Approved In Agrium Shakeup Effort

Law360, New York (April 8, 2013, 2:30 PM EDT) -- Activist hedge fund Jana Partners LLC on Monday declared a partial victory in its effort to shake up Canadian fertilizer company Agrium Inc., saying it had attracted enough shareholder support to appoint a pair of its director-nominees to the firm's board.
