Pa. Bills Seek More Gov't Transparency, Accountability

Mike Stack and John Eichelberger Jr. introduced nine bills Monday that would tighten requirements for campaign contributions and gifts reporting, require more disclosure in government contracting and prohibit lobbyists from owning a stake in gaming, in attempts to boost transparency and ferret out corruption.
