Facebook’s Sandberg Looks To Nix Poaching Suit Deposition

Law360, New York (April 8, 2013, 7:01 PM EDT) -- Attorneys for Facebook Inc. executive Sheryl Sandberg will try to quash a subpoena requiring her deposition in a putative antitrust class action alleging that Apple Inc., Google Inc. and other technology heavyweights agreed not to poach employees, according to a filing Friday in California federal court.
