Retailers Urge 6th Circ. To Revive Milk Price-Fixing Suit

Law360, New York (April 9, 2013, 3:21 PM EDT) -- Milk retailers led by Food Lion LLC urged the Sixth Circuit on Friday to revive their proposed class action accusing Dean Foods Co. and others of fixing milk prices, saying the suit was wrongly dismissed despite evidence of collusion and a simultaneous rise in prices.
