3 Chinese Exporters Dumped Steel Rods, Commerce Says

Law360, New York (April 10, 2013, 5:05 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce said Tuesday that three Chinese steel threaded rod manufacturers appear to have sold their goods in the U.S. at prices below normal market value.

Commerce's International Trade Administration issued a preliminary determination that RMB Fasteners Ltd., IFI & Morgan Ltd., and Jiaxing Brother Standard Part Co.
