Suit Says Sanofi Held Back Info On Obesity Drug

Law360, New York (January 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- French pharmaceutical giant Sanofi-Aventis has been hit with a putative securities class action accusing it and five individuals of withholding information about anti-obesity drug Zimulti's tendency to cause severe psychiatric problems, including suicidal thoughts and actions.
