NJ Medical Lab Workers, Doctor Charged In Kickback Scheme

Law360, New York (April 9, 2013, 9:38 PM EDT) -- The president of a New Jersey-based medical testing laboratory, two of his employees and a physician were arrested on Tuesday for allegedly racking up profits for the lab by bribing doctors to order unnecessary tests, according to a statement from the U.S. attorney’s office.
