$1B Wynn Casino Backed By Philly Neighborhood Association

Law360, New York (April 9, 2013, 4:58 PM EDT) -- An influential Philadelphia neighbors' association put its weight behind casino magnate Steve Wynn's proposal for Philadelphia's final casino license late Monday, voting 173 to 55 to support the plan for a $1 billion, 60-acre resort and gaming center.
