Vietnamese Wind Tower Co. Sues Commerce Over Duties

Law360, New York (April 9, 2013, 3:50 PM EDT) -- A Vietnamese wind tower exporter hit the U.S. Department of Commerce with a complaint Tuesday in the U.S. Court of International Trade claiming the agency committed a variety of errors when it recently levied anti-dumping duties on the company.
