Reuters Sued Over Disabled Exec's Inability To Schmooze

Law360, New York (April 10, 2013, 2:31 PM EDT) -- A former business development specialist at Thomson Reuters Corp. subsidiary FindLaw hit the company with a disability discrimination lawsuit in California state court Monday, claiming Reuters failed to reasonably accommodate chronic lower back pain that prevented him from traveling to meet prospective clients.

Richard Rosen says the media conglomerate breached California's Fair Employment and Housing Act by not helping him work around the back injury, which allegedly curtailed his ability to drive to client meetings or use a computer for prolonged periods to develop presentations....
