Psychiatric Hospital Workers Denied Class In Wage Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (April 10, 2013, 2:20 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Wednesday denied a certification bid by a putative class of more than 1,000 health care workers at two Los Angeles-area psychiatric hospitals who claim they were denied meal and rest breaks, ruling the plaintiffs failed to prove a systemic policy of denying such breaks.
