BofA Names Ex-Goldman Partner As Europe, Africa M&A Chief

Law360, New York (April 10, 2013, 1:04 PM EDT) -- Bank of America Merrill Lynch has appointed longtime Goldman Sachs Group Inc. partner Luigi Rizzo its new head of mergers and acquisitions for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, BofA announced Wednesday.

Rizzo will join the global bank in August, BofA said. He will be based in London and report directly to Adrian Mee, the head of BofA's international M&A division.
