Stewart Could Show JC Penney Her Macy's Deal, Judge Says

Law360, New York (April 10, 2013, 6:39 PM EDT) -- Martha Stewart's company didn't do anything wrong by giving J.C. Penney Co. Inc. a copy of its contract with rival retailer Macy's Inc. because J.C. Penney had invested $38 million in the TV personality's company, a New York state judge ruled Wednesday in the midst of a bench trial.
