NJ Cardiologist Cops To $19M Health Fraud Scheme

Law360, New York (April 10, 2013, 6:09 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey cardiologist who owns a pair of medical companies in the state pled guilty on Wednesday to a health care scheme that fraudulently billed Medicare and other insurers $19 million — the largest health care fraud loss in the state’s history.
