German Court Nixes Samsung 3G Patent In Apple IP Row

Law360, San Francisco (April 10, 2013, 7:58 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. scored a victory Wednesday when Germany's federal patent court reportedly invalidated the German portion of Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.'s patent on a key piece of 3G technology at issue in the tech giant's infringement fight against Apple.
