Apple, Samsung Demand Each Other's Source Code In IP Suit

Law360, San Francisco (April 11, 2013, 5:07 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. and Samsung Electronics Co. each urged a California federal judge Thursday to force the other to provide access to source code, including for Samsung's Android phones and Apple's iTunes software, arguing the code is vital to their defenses in a two-year patent feud over smartphones and tablets.
