Trustee Balks At Attys' Fee Requests In MF Global Ch. 11

Law360, New York (April 12, 2013, 7:38 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Trustee’s Office objected Friday to nearly $2 million in fees and expenses sought by seven of the firms that worked on the Chapter 11 liquidation plan for MF Global Holdings Ltd., including Proskauer Rose LLP and Morrison & Foerster LLP, calling the attorneys to task over their allegedly vague submissions.
