Fla. House Unveils Medicaid Alternative Plan

Law360, New York (April 12, 2013, 2:27 PM EDT) -- The Florida House of Representatives on Thursday announced its own alternative to the Affordable Care Act's federal Medicaid expansion, eschewing over $50 billion in federal Medicaid funding in favor of a state-supported plan that will spend $237 million on uninsured Floridians.
