Pa. High Court To Gauge Reach Of Philly Human Rights Board

Law360, Philadelphia (April 12, 2013, 4:56 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court said Thursday it would hear an appeal over whether a major state transit authority could be taken to task before the Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations over complaints of discrimination and other misconduct or if the authority was only subject to oversight by the state.
