JC Penney Allowed To Sell Martha Stewart-Designed Products

Inc. in its fight with Macy's Inc. over Martha Stewart's home goods by allowing J.C. Penney to sell Stewart-designed home goods under its "JCP Everyday" label, blaming any nefarious motives on its recently canned CEO.
