Penn State Insurer Wins Bid To Move Sandusky Coverage Case

Law360, Philadelphia (April 12, 2013, 5:46 PM EDT) -- A state judge on Thursday agreed to transfer the Pennsylvania State University's recently filed suit over insurance coverage for civil litigation stemming from the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal to Philadelphia County court, but rejected the insurer's motion for sanctions against the school.
