ITC Will Probe Slingbox IP Claims Against Belkin, Others

Law360, New York (April 12, 2013, 5:22 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Thursday it would look into allegations brought by Sling Media Inc., maker of TV streaming device Slingbox, that claim computer accessory maker Belkin International Inc. and others are importing products that infringe patented technology for so-called placeshifting.
