Optimistic Outlook Prevails At Real Estate Conference

Favorable supply and demand, an abundance of capital, banks willing but slow to lend and uncertainty about interest rates were some of the major topics of discussion among the gathered real estate investors, lenders, developers and executives, who despite the challenges, offered an optimistic outlook.
