High Court Snubs Suit Over Book About Facebook's Founding

Law360, New York (April 15, 2013, 1:14 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear the case of a former Harvard classmate of Mark Zuckerberg who claimed author Ben Mezrich stole copyrighted material and breached false advertising laws when he published his best seller about the tumultuous start of Facebook Inc.
