FCC Chairman Heading To Aspen Institute

Law360, Los Angeles (April 15, 2013, 3:42 PM EDT) -- Federal Communications Commission Chairman Julius Genachowski will join the Aspen Institute Communications and Society Program as a senior fellow when he completes his four-year stint at the FCC later this month, the Washington-based think tank announced Monday.

The news comes less than two weeks after Genachowski announced he’d be stepping down from his post.
