ITC Won't Declare Funai Products As Imports In Patent Row

Law360, New York (April 15, 2013, 8:26 PM EDT) -- A U.S. International Trade Commission judge denied a request by LSI Corp. and Agere Systems Inc. to reconsider a refusal to classify as U.S. imports hundreds of products by Japan's Funai Electric Co. Ltd., whose home entertainment system components the companies say infringe on their patents, according to a decision released Friday.
