Electronic Parts Co. Pegged At $300M In Vintage Capital Bid

Law360, New York (April 16, 2013, 4:07 PM EDT) -- Investment firm Vintage Capital Management LLC offered to buy the chunk of Anaren Inc. it does not already own in a deal that values the defense industry electronics parts supplier at roughly $300 million, according to a securities filing late Monday.

Florida-based Vintage Capital, which already owns roughly 13 percent of the company's stock, offered $23 apiece for the remaining shares. The price represents a 17 percent premium to Anaren's Monday closing price.
