Hospital Execs, Docs Arrested Over Medicare Kickbacks

Law360, New York (April 16, 2013, 8:18 PM EDT) -- The owner and a top executive of Chicago’s Sacred Heart Hospital were arrested on Tuesday, along with four doctors, for allegedly engaging in an illegal kickback scheme involving the referral of patients insured by Medicare and Medicaid to the hospital.
