D&L Energy Seeks Ch. 11 As Legal Woes Grow

Law360, New York (April 17, 2013, 7:57 PM EDT) -- Ohio-based oil and natural gas company D&L Energy Inc. filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection Tuesday, weeks after being hit with several lawsuits alleging the firm wasn’t paying its bills connected to a fracking wastewater spill in January.
