Jury Sides With DePuy At 2nd Hip Implant Trial

Law360, Chicago (April 16, 2013, 7:36 PM EDT) -- An Illinois jury sided with Johnson & Johnson subsidiary DePuy Inc. on Tuesday in the second case alleging defects in its ASR XL metal hip to go to trial, a victory that follows an $8.3 million verdict entered against the company in a similar suit last month.
