CBP's Expanded Role In Enforcing ITC Exclusion Orders

Law360, New York (April 17, 2013, 12:20 PM EDT) -- The recent decision of the U.S. Court of International Trade in Corning Gilbert Inc. v. United States could mark a watershed for the enforcement of exclusion orders issued by the U.S. International Trade Commission under Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
