Texas Gets Food Stamp Suit Pared Down In Appeals Court

Law360, Houston (April 18, 2013, 9:44 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Wednesday ruled that several dozen food stamp applicants prematurely sued the state over benefit delays, reversing a trial court’s refusal to dismiss large swaths of the case on jurisdictional grounds.
