Cinemark Dodges Negligence Claims In Aurora Shooting Suits

Law360, New York (April 18, 2013, 2:43 PM EDT) -- A Colorado judge overseeing consolidated litigation against Cinemark USA Inc. over last summer’s deadly movie theater shooting in Aurora, Colo., on Wednesday stripped claims of negligence from the suit, but left intact premises liability and limited wrongful death claims.
