IP Suit Against DirecTV, Time Warner Revived By Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (April 18, 2013, 6:27 PM EDT) -- In a decision laying out the pleading standards for patent complaints, the Federal Circuit on Thursday revived K-Tech Telecommunications Inc.'s suits against DirecTV and Time Warner Cable Inc., finding that a lower court wrongly dismissed them for failure to state a claim.
