Insurers Win Bid To Return Avandia, Paxil Suits To Pa. Court

Law360, New York (April 18, 2013, 4:39 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Wednesday remanded to state court putative class actions that health insurers UnitedHealth Group Inc. and Humana Health Plan Inc. had intended to launch, but had not yet filed, against GlaxoSmithKline PLC over injuries allegedly caused by Avandia and Paxil.
