Promoter's Sons Bilked Of Poster Rights, 9th Circ. Hears

Law360, San Francisco (April 18, 2013, 5:30 PM EDT) -- The sons of late concert promoter Bill Graham were swindled out of hundreds of historic rock posters and their copyrights by the executor of Graham's estate, the men told the Ninth Circuit on Thursday, saying the executor's actions during probate weren't protected by a state free-speech law.
