Viacom Wants Nickelodeon Hotel Sanctioned Over Lost Docs

Law360, New York (April 18, 2013, 6:21 PM ET) -- Viacom International Inc. on Thursday urged a New York state judge to sanction the owner and operator of a Nickelodeon-themed Florida hotel in a dispute over a licensing agreement, arguing that the plaintiffs destroyed a vast amount of documents that were potentially relevant to the case.
