FERC Wants Revamps To Transmission Planning Proposals

Law360, New York (April 19, 2013, 7:23 PM EDT) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Thursday gave a partial thumbs-up to the latest batch of plans by independent system operators and utilities to comply with a rule on transmission planning and cost allocation for public electricity transmission providers, but said revisions were necessary for full compliance.
