Microsoft, Motorola Patent Decision Delayed In German Court

Law360, New York (April 19, 2013, 1:44 PM EDT) -- A German court on Friday delayed a decision on whether Microsoft Corp. infringes a Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc. patent related to synchronization and notification functions on mobile devices, allowing for more time to determine whether the patent is valid.

A regional court in Mannheim, Germany, declined to impose an injunction against Microsoft over alleged infringement of the patent, EP0847654.
