Ex-CEO Of Steel Co. Gets Suit Against Equity Firm Revived

Law360, Philadelphia (April 19, 2013, 3:51 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Superior Court Thursday revived a case brought by the former CEO of Latrobe Steel Co., who contended that the private equity investor who purchased the company violated a contract when it sought to deny his 1.2 percent equity interest in the business after terminating him.
