Tenants Want NYC 2nd Ave. Subway Line Work Blocked

Law360, New York (April 19, 2013, 4:32 PM ET) -- The owner of a New York City high-rise and its tenant association sought Thursday to block the U.S. Department of Transportation from commencing the first phase of its Second Avenue Subway project, saying the government failed to properly consider a more environmentally friendly alternative.
