Nanya Seeks Full ITC Review Of Elpida Infringement Ruling

Law360, New York (April 19, 2013, 3:53 PM EDT) -- Nanya Technology Corp. asked the full U.S. International Trade Commission on Thursday to review a ruling from one of its judges that said Nanya infringed several patents for dynamic random access memory patents held by Elpida Memory Inc.

Nanya said Administrative Law Judge E. James Gildea's ruling last month was tainted because he considered arguments that Elpida raised only raised in late-stage briefs — so late in the proceedings that Nanya couldn't even argue against them.
