Highmark Hospital Antitrust Suit Halted Amid Affiliation Deal

Law360, New York (April 19, 2013, 7:18 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Friday put discovery on hold in an antitrust challenge to insurer Highmark Inc.'s proposed affiliation with West Penn Allegheny Health System Inc., days after West Penn said the deal's imminent completion would end most of the suit's claims.
