Texas High Court To Hear Tyco Workers' Severance Beef

Law360, New York (April 22, 2013, 2:56 PM EDT) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday agreed to decide whether employees of a Tyco International Ltd. valve-manufacturing unit that was sold to another company were contractually entitled to severance payments from Tyco and whether the acquiring company became Tyco’s successor.
