Stryker Urges Rejection Of Zimmer Bid For New Patent Trial

Law360, New York (April 22, 2013, 2:54 PM EDT) -- Medical equipment maker Zimmer Inc., which was ordered to pay $70 million for infringing rival Stryker Corp.'s surgical irrigation patents, should be denied a new trial because it was not prejudicial for the jury to hear that Zimmer infringed other patents, Stryker argued Friday.
