Firms Must Arbitrate $12.5M Fee Dispute, 2nd Circ. Says

Law360, New York (April 22, 2013, 9:03 PM EDT) -- Plaintiffs law firms Robinson Brog Leinwand Greene Genovese & Gluck PC and the O'Quinn Law Firm must arbitrate a contract dispute over how to distribute $12.5 million in potential fees from a securities suit, the Second Circuit said Monday.
