NLRB Takes Noel Canning Challenge To Supreme Court

Circuit's blockbuster ruling that three recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board were unconstitutional, warning that the decision could dramatically curtail the president's recess appointment power and have consequences stretching beyond the NLRB.
