Fired Fla. Agency Watchdog's Whistleblower Appeal Snuffed

Law360, New York (April 23, 2013, 5:09 PM EDT) -- A Florida appeals court on Monday affirmed the dismissal of a whistleblower complaint launched by a former ombudsman with the state Department of Elder Affairs who claimed she was fired after alerting federal authorities about alleged misconduct within the department.
