Dallas Eatery Owes $1M In Lease Dispute, Appeals Court Says

Law360, Dallas (April 24, 2013, 7:30 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Monday said a restaurant in Dallas’ popular West End neighborhood can’t avoid paying more than $1 million in property taxes and back rent to the building owner, despite what it argued were improprieties in its lease assignment.
